I was standing in the middle of the kitchen. The deafening noise around me, mess everywhere, dinner half-done. My mind, I couldn’t stop it from racing, and for some reason I just stopped. Sat down at the empty dining room table and asked: what actually matters right now?
That was the turning point for me. That’s where my alignment began.
This isn’t about being more productive. It’s about being more present and rebuilding your life around what really matters. Now, it’s my passion to share this with other rural women.
